The HR department at PGGM ensures that PGGM is an attractive, agile and forward-looking employer. We do this by working closely with the business and by applying our multi-faceted expertise to a range of themes.

Talent Acquisition & Development brings together a variety of areas of expertise: learning and development, labor participation, talent acquisition, employer branding, business consultancy and coordination of the learning platform.

At HR Services, we are all focused on working together. As a team, we feel responsible for delivering a first-class employee experience. At the same time, you are permitted to organise your work in your own way and to continue to develop your skills.

You work in Strategy, Reward & Analytics in a team of specialists with diverse backgrounds, ranging from employment law to data science and compensation & benefits. You are given the freedom to take on projects and help shape policies that have a tangible impact across the entire organisation.
