Trust, freedom and professional expertise

On 31 December 2025, we managed €258 billion in pension assets and administered pensions for 5.8 million members. This entails a great deal of responsibility. Personal initiative and responsibility are key to every role at PGGM. We believe in your professionalism and give you the opportunity to further develop your professional expertise. Through mutual trust and a willingness to offer and accept constructive criticism, we create a strong basis for a good working relationship. This fosters growth, both for you as an individual and for PGGM as an organisation.

In balance

At PGGM, we attach high value to an appropriate work-life balance. We support you as an employee as much as possible in this regard.. For example, we have a 36-hour working week with extensive flexibility to organise your own time and the option to work from home. What if you need a break? If you have been with the company for at least three years, you are entitled to take a sabbatical of up to three months. During this special leave, you receive half your salary and your pension accrual continues in full.

Personal development

Having an impact on your surroundings requires development. That is why we at PGGM want to see you get better at your job every single day. Do you want to deepen or broaden your knowledge? Both are possible. Through our PGGM Academy, we offer a wide range of training courses to help you achieve your ambitions. You are in control here!
