You role in IT

With around 400 colleagues in more than 30 DevOps teams, you keep our IT systems up and running and ensure they continue to evolve. Because we are always innovating: as the world of pensions changes, we change with it. We achieve this through:

  • All disciplines and expertise in-house
    From (web) applications and back-end systems to calculation modules: together, we work on high-impact projects. In every field, there are experienced experts you can work with and learn from.
  • Modern technologies and innovation
    We invest heavily in new technologies such as Outsystems ODC, GitHub Copilot, Elastic APM and upgrading our software to the latest version of .NET as soon as it is released.
  • Strong engineering culture with a focus on hands-on expertise
    Through a clear onboarding programme for engineers, knowledge-sharing events and the practice of sharing post-mortems with each other, we are building a strong engineering culture in which hands-on expertise plays a key role.
  • Explicit consideration for your growth
    Thanks to initiatives such as our in-house JEDI programme, you develop both your professional expertise and personal skills.
