To facilitate this, PGGM allocates you 16 hours a year for community service, which you may use during working hours. Share your knowledge with others, lend a hand for a good cause, take part in social activities at a local care home, or simply have a good chat. In addition, we actively support employees who provide informal care to family members or loved ones. We also value and facilitate employees who serve as reservists. Anyone with a work-related disability caused by a (chronic) illness or physical impairment who wishes to return to work can count on support from PGGM through the Make It Possible programme (MIP).
