Socially engaged
As a pension administration organisation, we have a social mission: to provide a good, affordable and sustainable pension for our clients – pension funds and their members.
And we truly feel a sense of responsibility towards the members of Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn, Pensioenfonds Metaal en Techniek, Stipp, Bpf Schilders and Bpf Koopvaardij.
If you’d like to make an even more direct contribution to society, that’s possible too. To facilitate this, PGGM allocates you 16 hours a year for community service, which you may use during working hours. Share your knowledge with others, lend a hand for a good cause, take part in social activities at a local care home, or simply have a good chat. Whether you help physically, share or connect: your contribution matters.
In addition, we actively support employees who provide informal care to family members or loved ones. We also value and facilitate employees who serve as reservists. By recognizing the diverse roles our employees fulfil, we strive to contribute to an inclusive and balanced society in which everyone has the opportunity to grow and develop.
Anyone with a work-related disability caused by a (chronic) illness or physical impairment who wishes to return to work can count on support from PGGM through the Make It Possible programme (MIP). A supported employment programme through which we help people return to the labour market via a participation job. For more information, please contact Nicole Nijveldt.
